Investing in our local students is vitally important to promoting a thriving and healthy Hilliard in the future. For over 35 years, the Hilliard Chamber has been proud to offer scholarships to local Hilliard students through the Hilliard Hollyfest Scholarship Foundation.
The Hollyfest Scholarship Foundation was funded by the silent and live auctions at an annual dinner which was attended by community residents and business partners for several years. While the annual dinner is no longer held, the funds have been invested wisely to become endowed to continue awarding local scholarships to graduates from Hilliard Bradley, Hilliard Darby and Hilliard Davidson High School. A portion of the proceeds from the annual Hollyfest Arts & Crafts Show are also used to fund the scholarship. In total, we have awarded over $612,000 to Hilliard students.
Scholarship Opportunities
The Foundation provides an award of $8,000 payable over a four-year period to one student from each high school. Additionally, there is a one-time $2,000 award available to one student from each high school. There is also a one-time $1,000 award given to one Hilliard graduating senior who attends Tolles Career & Technical Center. The Hollyfest Scholarship Foundation annually distributes $31,000 to graduates of Hilliard City Schools.
Eligibility & Application Period
Scholarship applications are available for Hilliard High School seniors at their respective guidance offices. The deadline for students to turn in their applications is February 9, 2024 by 3:00 pm. A committee will interview selected applicants and the announcement will be made during graduation. To be eligible, a student must apply by the deadline and meet the following requirements:

- The actual award of the scholarship shall be contingent upon the student’s acceptance to such an institution prior to graduation.
