Become a Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador
Our Hilliard Area Chamber Ambassador program will help you build relationships while giving back to your community. Ambassadors are leaders who serve as supporters and positive reflections of the Chamber throughout Hilliard. The job of an ambassador is to work in conjunction with the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce staff and board members to increase membership, improve membership retention, strengthen awareness of Chamber benefits and act as greeters for various Chamber events.
Who can become an Ambassador?
Any Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce member in good standing can become an Ambassador.
Responsibilities of being a Chamber Ambassador
- Attend regularly scheduled Ambassador Committee meetings
- Attend ribbon cuttings whenever possible
- Attend monthly luncheons
- Personally contact new members as assigned
- Contact five members per month as assigned and complete the contact sheet
- Act as a Chamber liaison
- Contact businesses who are not chamber members about joining the chamber
